From Falco to Cleopatra (and chance to win competition!)

We’re getting excited for a very busy few weeks here at the Lytham St Annes CA:
First up, this Thursday 22nd February we will enjoy an An Evening with Lindsey Davis – do come along for 7pm (doors open 6.15pm) at AKS Lytham to listen to this international bestselling author in conversation about her life and work.

March also sees the finals of our two Classics Competitions.
Junior pupils will give their presentations on Thursday 15th, with a workshop and feedback given by our Patron Caroline Lawrence, author of The Roman Mysteries series. Senior Pupils will give their answer to the question – ‘Which place in the Ancient World do you find the most fascinating?’ – on Wednesday 21st. Finalists have the chance of winning prize money and the prestigious LSA CA Classics Competition trophy, handcrafted in Athens!
